Superstar violinist Anne Akiko Meyers performs the rhapsodic music of Ravel and Saint-Saëns with an introductory counterpoint in contemporary composer Jennifer Higdon’s blue cathedral, which is both contemplative and celebratory. Mussorgsky's Pictures at an Exhibition closes this special program.

Platinum Award Winning singer-songwriter Ann Hampton Callaway celebrates the music of one of America's most powerful and enduring musical artists.

Kiev-born pianist and YouTube sensation Valentina Lisitsa plays both the Liszt Second Piano Concerto, and the diabolical Totentanz. Fabio Mechetti returns to Syracuse to conduct this program of Eastern European music.
